Anybody who thinks our weather isn't changing, just hasn't been paying attention.
Where I live, we didn't get ANY winter weather at all this year. Of course, "winter weather" is a relative term, depending on where you live. But it never got cold here this winter at all. Not even once!
It's definitely spring where I live, but the East Coast seems locked into a later winter. But it's got to change soon, don't you think? :-)
