This cartoon exemplifies the absolute oxymorons who want less government, less taxes, will vote Republican but don't understand you can't keep the big corporations out of your business without some kind of oversight...and I don't mean the internal kind.
This reminds me of those tea party protests against government with signs saying don't touch my social security and medicare. When government is bad the definition only includes the "bad" parts.
I've considered making a greeting card out of it and sending to all my right wing and Libertarian friends who blame the government for everything.
