Personally, I don't know if anything is off limits for humor, but it's a good question. I think if our only response is humor to devastation, that's bad.
Gotta love John. He says it better than anyone else when it comes to the Pat's and Rush's of the world.

Seems inappropriate to make humour of any kind in the wake of Haiti's devastation, but John does do a good job of exposing the idiocy of others.
