Elena Kagan Sworn in as U.S. Justice of Supreme Court


She joins Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sonia Sotomayor on the dais of nine judges.

What a proud moment. If you haven't read Jeffrey Toobin's book "The Nine" about the history and personalities of the Supreme Court justices, it's a fascinating read. Lots about Sandra Day O'Connor's decision to retire. I hope Ginsberg can hang around for a little bit longer.
